Hi again :) Here's my last layout using the My Creative Scrapbook March 2013 Limited Edition Kit still available for purchase HERE. It's a truly gorgeous kit & the blog & Design Team gallery is really overflowing with beautiful work this month - well worth a visit. Go HERE & HERE.
I got some stunning photos of my girls overseas. I think all the walking we did flushed their cheeks, and the cold weather kept them fresh. Here we are either indoors or melting in the humidity. Makes for shiny complexions with lots of shadows if we're outside or insipid flash photography indoors.
I edged my photo mat (which is the backing of my Prima alphas - packaging again!) with Prima ink in 'Blossom Bud' tearing the top & inking the edge too. I love the icy look that it created!
The Champs Elysees is a very famous road in Paris, FULL of designer boutiques, and when we were there, at a very busy time of year, it was also chock full of people, so no-one complained about us taking photos INSIDE the stores as we were always quick & they were busy :)
I took this photo on the steps of Cartier, they were encrusted in crystals, sparkling & beautiful!
I ran out of A's so created mine with an inverted V with a piece of another letter across. These new Prima blooms are AMAZING! Can't get more of a 'designer'look - perfect!!
I used a Cheery Lynn French Pastry Doily (available HERE) under my big bloom & tucked in some diecuts and smaller blooms to complete my cluster.
All the elements on the right are already printed on this fabulous patterned paper. I love the new Prima metals & tucked in a gorgeous square butterfly brad here. (I just cut the prongs off & fasten with a 3D glue dot).
Thanks for looking & have a great Tuesday!
