Daddy's Girls Layout - My Creative Scrapbook Limited Edition Kit - full of Prima Tea Thyme!

Here is my 2nd layout using the My Creative Scrapbook
Limited Edition Kit still available HERE.

I started by applying some modeling paste to the top section
of my layout using a spatula for some nice thick definition.

This really makes the cluster of photos and papers stand out
off of the background paper.

I used the Pink Paislee Artisan Element Squares as borders for my
photos & printed papers & inked them with Prima Vintage Pink.
I also vignetted my background paper using the Crafter's Workshop
grid stencil supplied with my last My Creative Scrapbook Kit.

I used a combination of Tea Thyme papers (fussy-cut) as well
as Color Bok Die-cuts, and Prima flowers as the layers around
 my central photo/paper cluster.

I used my Maya Road Charcoal ink from my previous kit to add
the dots - in an attempt to make the black title (using alphas
supplied with the kit) blend in more seamlessly.

I fell IN LOVE with that Dusty Attic flourish & simply painted
it up with white acrylic then sprinkled it full of clear glitter.

All photos were taken on my Blackberry so I couldn't print
them out too big because of the poor quality.  Vignetting the
backgrounds also helped to add more 'aperture' IUKWIM?!

Gorgeous page! I love how you placed the beautiful chipboard piece so prominently, yet it does not take away from your photos; instead, it accents the photos perfectly.

the flowers, the flourish and the paste really make this page stand out! Holy beaners, who would have thought I would like green roses, but they really make things pop with this page! I see you peeking in on the side too! Awesome! Julie Tucker-Woleck would be so proud of you getting on your page!
