Some People Look for a Beautiful Place Layout
Scrap Around the World Challenge 25

Hi everyone!  It's that time again!!  New challenges everywhere!!!
This one is from Scrap Around The World, courtesy of this
lovely mood board below :)

As usual we have 12 prizes for you this month!
Come back tomorrow for a look at all our sponsors & prizes you can win!!

I drew my inspiration from the lovely peachy pink & mustard tones.
A really unusual colour combination!  I was also inspired by the quote
& found one very similar to use!!  The fans inspired the use of my
Prima doily die as well as the lovely pink lace of the same design.
Then of course I used a chevron design on my background.
INSPIRATIONAL BOARD OF NOTE YES?!?

The woman in the photo with me is my Aunty Enid.  She is one of the most
wonderful people I know.  So non-judgemental, kind & hospitable.
I have never seen her with anything but a smile on her face!

I tried to use a really light hand on this page & keep everything
very delicate in keeping with the very soft & fragile mood board.

That lovely lace flower comes from Prima.  I got to use up plenty of old stash
on this layout too which is always a big win!  Please come & join us
HERE this month at SCRAP AROUND THE WORLD!!

ADORE those little lace flowers, too.....& it is a lovely light LO....gorgeous! And I adore the mood board. Corrie Ten Boom was an incredible Christian woman, we visited her home in Haarlem when we were in Amsterdam - amazing how they saved so many Jewish peeps during WW2!!!!
