The Green Cat Story - The Sweetest Thing!

Very recently I discovered another incredibly talented scrapbook artist - Elena Morgun.

I know, where have I been right?!
The truth is I have next to zero time to blog hop anymore & battle to make it round
 to the blogs I already follow let alone follow ones new to me, but when I saw Elena's
uber pretty heart up at 7dots Studio HERE recently I rushed straight over to Youtube,
watched her video HERE, shared it on my Facebook page & subscribed to her blog!

Well lucky, lucky me, because had I not done that about a fortnight ago it may have taken
me longer to discover her first & absolutely beautiful scrapbook paper & sticker collection -
THE SWEETEST THING here.  It is just gorgeous & I really admire the work of the ladies from Eastern Europe {yup it's become a bit of a thing with me in case you hadn't noticed!}

I am desperate to visit Poland, Ukraine, Belarus, etc, etc, drink their water & see if then I
become as talented as they are LOL!!  I have watched many, many of their videos & they
have a very "light"way of working with their hands that I have tried so hard to emulate
over the years {I am more heavy handed!} yet I adore their soft projects.

Wonderful isn't it?!  I wish Elena all the best with her new venture
& am a firm believer that there is room for everyone in the scrapbooking
industry & have seen SO MANY European companies emerging in the
last 5 years & succeeding.  Very, very pretty!!

This is what Elena has to say...

Dear friends!
I am excited to announce the founding of a new scrapbooking company - Green Cat Story. There is a long way to travel and I hope that you will join our team on this exciting trip.

I have been dreaming of creating my own scrapbook papers for a while now. It’s been a difficult trip, but finally I am holding the first samples of my work in my hands!

The Sweetest Thing Collection is tender, flowery and with a tounch of vintage. The 12 by 12 papers are 230 g/m2 and the stickers have matte finish.
All the products are environmentally responsible, they are acid and lignin-free.

Want to be the first to get them? Join the giveaway! Post the news about Green Cat Story founding and The Sweetest Thing Collection on your blog with the link to this post and come back on June,16th when I’ll choose a lucky winner! The papers will go to any part of the world.

As Elena is now one of my teamies over at 7dots Studio HERE
{I am still pinching myself to see my name in that incredible line up of designers!}
 I would like to give her a hand advertising this delightful new collection to all my blog
subscribers to introduce her talents & her yummy goodies to my part of the world too :)

Check out her post HERE if you also want a chance to win!!

I truly LOVE seeing people realise their dreams!

I am right there with ya. I love those Slavic scrappers. They are sooo creative! I had not seen this collection yet, so thanks for sharing. And hey, if you really ever do go to Russia or Ukraine and find yourself in need of a translator, keep me in mind. ;) Обнимаю! (Hugs)
