"Proud Dad" Layout - Scrap Around The World June 2014

Hello there!  As promised here is my Design Team layout for Scrap Around The World
based on this month's mood board by our DT Member & Facebook Manager, Di Garling.

Such a SUNNY board & so dramatic!
There are many design options.
Focusing on Fonts, Typeface, Love, Bicycles, Bricks, Circles, Flowers,
Foliage, Stripes, Chevrons, Distressing, Wood & Woodgrain.  Plus of
course YELLOW {if you like!}  So many good things all in one place ♥

I used my lovely "Delight"stamp set from Jodie Lee for Prima, along with my new punch
{see on top of the photo} I have wanted this punch FOREVER & finally someone
special from Sweden sent me a little birthday gift which enabled me to get it ♥

I found the dyed guinea-fowl feathers locally & they were just perfect
for this page, which uses Prima's new Free Spirit Collection paper.

Of course I also used Prima flowers, Prima SIIC sparkly bling, a Prima paper-clip & a Prima Finnabair stamp {my FAVOURITE STAMP EVER TO BE HONEST}  It adds just the right amount of that "little bit extra"whenever there is too much white space for me to handle :)

And that is IT!  I tucked in a bit of burlap down the side & finally got to use some
more of my yummy Mayaroad transparency doilies that I've had for what seems
like forever!  PLEASE PLAY ALONG WITH US AT SATW THIS MONTH!!

This is super lovely! I do love that punch. I have one of those that I pull out now and again! Great use of the lovely yellow feathers too! I do hope to find time to play along, but not sure. Train leaves at the end of the month for moving!

Stunning colour combinations. I love how full and detailed your page is. Gorgeous little details. I think I still have some of those doilies in my stash too.
