My Creative Scrapbook May 2013 Limited Edition Kit Work {Prima Lyric Collection}

Hello there!  I've decided on a new format for my
 'My Creative Scrapbook' Kit Club Design Team work.

 I'm going to be showing everything I created using the kit, in one initial post, followed by close-ups of each project in separate posts.  This will be easier for me to look back on if I want to see EVERYTHING I did with one kit all together in the same post!

You can view all the current MY CREATIVE SCRAPBOOK KITS here.

There are a big variety of kits & I get to work with different ones each month so it's always exciting!  For this month I was sent the LIMITED EDITION KIT shown below.

May 2013 Limited Edition kit

All Limited Edition kits will ship in there own box
and will not be combined with other kits.
Due to their weight, size and not to crush the Prima flowers.
Also note that if you are an international member,
we will ship these with your regular kit However,
due to weight there will be an additional charge for shipping.
Thank you for understanding.

This kit is sold in a four month subscription.
 If you have any questions, please email

Each month I try to scrap a layout of each of my 4 children
using the kit so here we go - youngest to eldest :)

I loved digging out the neutrals in the kit to create the manly
layout above & as a result my son loved it, flowers & all :)

The paper above started out pink but I recoloured it using green
mists - I was really happy with the heart design I came up with.

Prima 'Lyric' Collection is one of my favourites, like timeless
 'Almanac' it's full of neutral tones that go with everything.
I'm really feeling the Prima love right now ♥

I made 3 cards from my left over scraps.
Cards no longer terrify me - yay!!

I know I should be talking about the projects but don't you just
LOVE
the blingy Eiffel towers I bought in Paris in January?
 Oooooh la la ♥

I really enjoyed layering it up on the above card -
using packaging & chipboard die-cuts.

My final project was a giant tag.  I just love making these
 & have my beautiful online friend Erin to thank for igniting
 my fascination with them!
She does a much better job than me of them!!

Well there you have it - tons of Prima loveliness all in one post,
mixed in with lace, doilies & Eiffel towers. Aaaaaaaaaah....

I ♥ scrapbooking :)
