Oversized Tags for My Creative Scrapbook March Limited Edition Kit

Hello Ladies!  I hope your week has started well.  I haven't bored you with my internet problems for a couple of weeks now but they are still very much around unfortunately.

I have no internet at home today at all & have had an intermittent, faulty line for over 2 weeks now.  Unfortunately this means everything is taking me a lot longer & I just can't get around as I would like, visiting as many blogs as I used to.  I'm so sorry about that & at this stage I'm feeling rather hopeless about it ever improving permanently :(

Anyway, I don't have long so here are the 2 tags I created.
All links are in my previous post.

That's them above, together with the card I shared here yesterday.

New Webster's Pages papers, soooo pretty!  And one giant Prima flower always works well!!  Ink the edges in dark brown, layer up some papers & doilies & Bob's your Uncle!

Don't forget a sentiment or two & some Liquid Pearls for good measure!  I always apply the Liquid Pearls TOTALLY LAST as they take a long time to dry but are BEAUTIFUL.  By the next morning they are set rock hard.

These tags are so quick & simple to make.  I start with a base of white (or craft) corrugated cardstock that I can buy locally at CNA (our version of 'Michaels' but his very poor cousin...).  My variation for this one is the use of some Prima packaging & fussy-cut elements from the patterned paper.

These tags are a great alternative to a card & are fun to use when there is a gift involved.  I made these two specifically to thank folks who have been good to us lately!

I think they could become my new "quick fix" addiction.  I know I am certainly looking forward to making some more soon!!

Thanks for stopping by!!

Love the tags Helen especially the Prima flower one. Sorry you're still having a frustrating time with your internet access, you are always so "connected" it's a shame to be let down by technology,
