'Grafitti Gallery' Layout - My Creative Scrapbook April 2013 Limited Edition Kit {Prima Divine Collection}

Friday today!!  Wooooo!!!  We are having lunch with an old friend tomorrow.  Always LOVE the weekends without the daily commuting & being able to catch up with my creating.

Just love this photo of all 4 kids in front of some grafitti in a really cool Grafitti Gallery we just happened to stumble across in the middle of London.

I used the 'The Crafter's Workshop' 6" 'Art is' stencil on my background & added some alphas down each side of my photo to reinforce the grafitti theme.

I used various embellishments & die-cuts from the kit to make my cluster below the photos.

I layered my elements up using 3D glue dots.  Those things are mega strong - like a hot glue gun but minus the hassle of getting behind your table to plug it in & the inevitable burn :)

The kit I used is available HERE still & makes for very easy, stress-free creating at about $5 a page, because you can squeeze 6 layouts out of this kit & still make a couple of cards & tags!

I chose letters for down the side of my layout that are ones that I know I don't often use so this effect is a great way of using up your stash to good effect.

Thanks for stopping by today!
This weekend I am tackling a very cool project kit from My Creative Scrapbook containing an amazing Heidi Swapp wooden frame.

By the time my daughter moves into her new bedroom she is going to be in pink heaven!!

Ooooh this is gorgeous, Helen...you've worked this kit sooo well! Still loving how you do those alphas, they are so eyecatching. Gorgeous photo too and great choice of embellies. Love the idea of using up the alpha's that don't often get used :)

Thanks for letting me know about Dublin...even though you weren't there too long - Molly Malone statue is being added to my list. I can't wait!!

This is really pretty! Fabulous pic of your kids. I love the tone on tone writing under your photo. Enjoy your weekend. I just woke up to 6 or so more inches of snow! Usually this time of year, plants are budding and grass is greening up! I don't think winter is leaving.
