First Easter Without Chel Layout {Prima BAP October 2012} using Prima & Dusty Attic

Hi Everyone!!  I HAVE INTERNET!!!!  Woohoo!!
I hope it stays forever and ever LOL!  Today we
got a brand new line!!  It took Telkom only an hour
to install but as you know it took ME many more hours
of screaming, crying, pleading and complaining!!
We have 24 hours to test it out before they cancel our
fault report so here's hoping that all that is behind me :)

I got the Prima BAP and the Product Pick done last month,
just by the skin of my teeth - got them sent in on the last
day, so haven't had an opportunity to share them here yet.

As you can see I tipped the sketch over to the
left to suit the couple of photos I had pre-printed.
See the Prima post HERE.

I used a pink & a lime ink dauber for the splat effect
- very easy to achieve with the Ranger dabbers by
literally smacking them down on the page.

Almost everything is Prima except for the
chipboard which is Dusty Attic.

I used my brick-mask with modeling paste for some dimension.

I transformed the pretty pale pink flowers with some zingy
yellowy lime ink & painted up the plain Prima canvas vine.

I also used some mistables (see the cog above) & inked
those up with a few different colours for an ombre effect.

I'm crazy about the new Prima collections.  Honestly - CRAZY
about them - to me they are just as versatile & comprehensive
as one could ever hope for.  2012 really was a good Prima year.

I have a TONNE of commenting to catch up on so don't
give up on me just yet!  I was going to do it today but
have come down with a tummy bug - aaaaack!

Absolutely spectacular colours on this one! LOVE everything! I suspect they'll release the winners/features once they're done with the Christmas card thing they're having at the mo. Was planning to come to London when you're there, but then DH came home and told me he'd be gone for 2 weeks on a business trip to Dhaka and HongKong. With no cat sitter, that left me stranded at home :(( Not happy at all, had so looked forward to finally meeting you and giving you the biggest hug ever. Totally gutted. xoxoxo
