Swag Layout {Purple Pumpkin September Sketch} Lily Bee Design

Hello everyone :)  I got the sketch challenge at Purple Pumpkin
done this month HERE.

I was just in the mood to get some photos scrapped
(that I had had lying around for a while) & my
poor boys really need their albums filling out.

I started with some simple misting and splattering
by taking the lid off and tapping the lid of the mist
so the mist that is up the straw drips out in bigger blobs.

I used Purple Pumpkin ticketing, twine & bottlecap button.

I'm not sure if you all know the meaning of 'Swag' as the
teens say it here, so I found this from The Urban Dictionary.

I didn't want distracting papers layered behind my photo
so I used tags instead & dressed some up with Lily Bee stickers.

I got my Dymo machine out for the labeling for my journaling.

I ADORE the wood frame from Crate Paper - PERFECT for boys.

Hope your week is turning out well everyone :)

LOL Thanks Helen for the education on 'Swag' - I had no idea. I have heard my older children use the term, now I know....
Gorgeous layout, so love how you used the string and frames throughout. Very snazzy!

LOVE how you've used the tags - suits sooo well...never heard the term 'swag' before - well, apart from your gear to take if you're camping or going bush...we use 'swagger' a lot, tho;!!!:):):)

Fabulous. Love the twine twirling through the tags and the circle really highlights the frame and photo. Great work.

How cool is this! I have heard of 'swagger'. Good to add a new term to my vocabulary.
Love the pop of red tickets and labels against the background.
