Love You Layout - Bird is the Word {Heart} Imaginarium Designs

So there's a new word on the streets today and it is....HEART!!
So come on over to Bird is the Word and upload your layout
using the word HEART anywhere on your layout - in either your
title or your journaling, even in a foreign language if you like!

I am still furiously trying to finish off my 2011 stash before
my new goodies arrived so tucked into my GCD pile but
ended up adding many eclectic bits and pieces too!

The title is from Imaginarium Designs and started out as raw
chipboard.  I gave it a coat of red paint then dipped it in yellow Zing!
embossing powder, in random places only, and, once embossed,
I varnished over with some Glossy Accents for a high sheen.

I made this little "collage piece" to add to my layout,
using butterflies from GCD, metal crowns and pink ticket from
Making Memories (Vintage Findings) and yellow tickets from
Studio Calico - they had "San Fransico" emblazoned
all over them so I had to strategically place things on top of
that!  Used some real postage stamps in there too - to
reinforce the "diva" theme LOL...

I inked the paper heavily around the edge with a yellow ink pad.

Just layered up all sorts of pretty bits and pieces, using
only Instax photos.  I got my camera via hubby, from
Hong Kong, and every time he goes back there
(twice a year) he brings me back more "cards" for it -
packs of 10 Instax photo papers that the photos
are printed out on immediately - they come out of
the top of the camera like the old Polaroids.
It's a fun toy and I love it!!

Awesome layout! There are so many things I love about it. To name a few...
*I love that you were able to fit 4 photos on the page and still have lots of room for fun embellishments.
*LOVE the random embossing on the title chipboard--will definitely have to try that myself.
*And, of course, I love the recycled postage stamps!
