Sketchabilities Sketch 59 - You & Me Layout {and a misting tip!}

There's another gorgeous sketch up at Sketchabilities so go on
over & take a look at the design team reveal & shortcut
it to your desktop so you can try & join in!

I took this photo once I had misted my page, to show
you what happens to my cardstock if I do a lot of misting!
I'm sure all you misters out there have the same problem!!

I forgot to take an "after" picture would you believe but what I do
is {once the ink has dried of course!} is adhere the entire sheet
of cardstock to a blank sheet of paper (I just use the sheets that
come inside the page protector).  As you can see from the finished
layout - it sorts out the problem almost 100%.

I had a real play around with my mists, stamps and
embossing paints with this one!

Using more of my vast collection of little Instax photos.

I used quite a bit of my Purple Pumpkin embellishments
& made the flowers out of the Prima crochet lace.

Still ploughing through my Jan - Jun 2012 Studio Calico kits
for all my Sketchabilities work but used a lovely new
Pink Paislee template for the misting here & that beautiful
golden colour is Tattered Angels 'Sunshine" - a truly beautiful colour.

I stamped the Fancy Pants Coffee Filter embellishments with the
Studio Calico Doily stamps - LOVE!

Just using up bits & pieces really...

The "You & Me" title is a My Mind's Eye
{Gertie - Stella & Rose} title that I've cut up -
you can see some more of it below...

Fabulous job! You do an awesome job with all that misting...I like the bits & pieces you used to make this one entire work of art. Especially the ripped pieces of corrugated cardboard...
