Once Upon a Sketch has a new challenge up!

Hi again girls!

Gee I must say that November has got off to a
roaring start for me!!  Things are going full
steam ahead with my Spring cleaning and
my house and property "pimping" and boy
is all the DIY tiring stuff!!
Is it just me or do October and November feel
entirely different to you too?
I always feel in October that Christmas is a way away,
then come November and suddenly it is on our doorstep!
Oops!!
Along with that comes all the lists of everything
that needs to be done for the holidays as well as
winding up those 2011 goals that have been quietly
"pushed under the carpet" LOL - so no scrapping for me
thus far this week, but the house is gleaming
and my Spring garden is blossoming beautifully!
Aaaaanyway enough chitter chattering and onto the

Guest Designers
It is so exciting to announce this month's Guest Designer.
This lady has a unique and instantly recognisable style
and we are so happy she has accepted our invitation
to be our Guest Designer. A HUGE welcome
to the extremely talented Leeann Pearce from Australia.
I’m Leeann Pearce and I am married to Quentin and
we have 3 beautiful girls, Holly (9) Storm (8) and baby Jorja (2).
We made a tree change last year and now live in the country
on a farm not far from the ocean.
We are slowly getting the farm animals.

We have a dog and 9 chooks and I love that we get
farm fresh eggs each day.
I have been scrapbooking since about 2004.
I like my creations to be fun and bright which
reflects my personality – happy and a little quirky!

I am a design team member for Aussie Scrap Source
and also Basic Grey. I adore embellishments and have
my own etsy shop call  “the chip chop shop”
made up of handmade yummies from dyed doilies,
pin toppers, journal spots and acrylic designs.
I love the whole process of creating
and always look forward to creating the next one.

Here is what Leanne has created for our challenge...

Welcome also to the winner of our last challenge, who
gets to be our Guest Designer for the month of November...

My name is Keren Tamir from Ontario Canada, and I'm 37
years old. I am a wife to a wonderful husband who is
very supportive of my scrapbooking hobby and a mother of
two amazing kids: a 10 year old boy and a 4 year old girl.
I've been scrapbooking for 7 years and I mainly
scrapbook about our family. I love to create
and experiment with many different mediums and
techniques.I get inspiration everywhere I go. I’m
constantly thinking about scrapbooking and
I design my layouts in my head usually while driving.

I scrapbook at night when everyone is asleep
because I love the inspiration you get when it’s quiet.
I love my camera and I’m always taking many pictures
everywhere I go. I would love to see you over at

Here is Keren's take on our challenge.
