Now moving on to another fantastic giveaway - READ ON!!!

Last chance to enter our giveaway..

As you know I was recently invited to join the Design Team of a brand new sketch/journaling blog, Once Upon a Sketch, initiated by my uber-talented Australian friend, Nadia Cannizzo. She has selected a truly international design team of girls from all over the world & we are going to delight you with fortnightly challenges, a visual feast of our varied styles of layout designs, loads of wonderful sponsors & an awesome line up of Guest Designers!
So far we have around 300 followers & our first challenge goes live tomorrow!  The best news of all is that there is a brand-new Nook Kit {March 2011} up for grabs & you don't even have to create anything to stand a chance of winning it :)
This is what you need to do NOW before time runneth out dear Creatives...
1)  Join the blog here by becoming an official follower {click on the follower's gadget on the right-hand sidebar & ensure you see your pretty face appear}.

2)  Write a wee post about Once Upon a Sketch and the giveaway on offer, including these 2 images - the OUAS badge & the Nook illustration {or, easier still - just copy & paste mine - I don't mind, really...}then DON'T FORGET to add the badge to your sidebar as well, with a link back to the OUAS blog!

3)  Leave a comment here (it must be on this specific, original giveaway post) saying that you have become a follower & including a link to your blogpost about OUAS.
SOMEONE HAS TO WIN THIS KIT AND IT COULD BE YOU!!!

I will be back later today or tomorrow with a cool layout I was commissioned to make by a friend of mine, in a nice deep shadow box frame.  I have been in hospital this week, including yesterday, which was my birthday!  Not exactly what I had in mind for my birthday, but surgeons here in South Africa (perhaps everywhere???) are so booked up that if you've waited 21 months like I have, when they finally give you a theatre date you can't say "sorry, that doesn't suit me!" but everything went really well & I'm hoping that my problems will now be over!
