Monday's Inspiration.

First up is a little freebie for any of you who haven't seen this cute little badge around & want to add it to your sidebar gadgets. Sure you all know how but, if not, leave me a comment & I'll be happy to let you know ;-)

Next is a cute little project I found recently, on the Bananafrog Blog. I've had it on my Desktop for a while (that means I'm supposed to be doing something about it,lol!) & I thought it was a great alternative to the mini-album, which can end up taking up rather a lot of time & money. So, if you're in need of a great gift idea I think I've found it! Just the thing to make in literally a couple of hours, as opposed to a day for a mini-album. The cost would be much lower too & the "credit crunch", as it's been coined, is something that everyone in the world is now more able to relate to.

If you are in need of a daily dose of inspiration add this blog to your Google Reader - it's inspiring & informative. I would suggest a little "thingie" added to the back of each side of this project, like on a picture frame. Must be a name for it & shamefully, I don't know what it is...but that would be perfect for ensuring that this little project could be viewed from an angle, just like a photo in a picture frame, on a desk or table ;-)

Isn't this scrummy? It's the new Making Memories Just Chilling range of canvas tags. I LOVE canvas tags! This range is designed with teenage layouts in mind & is just perfect, I say. Note the yellow, grey & lime AGAIN. This weekend I got all my yellow cardstock onto my bedroom desk & there it sits, waiting for my next layout...Yellow it WILL be ;-)

For those of you who haven't seen it. THIS is the latest Basic Grey Range - Marrakesh. Can't wait to get my paws on this...The colours, the designs...custom made with me in mind ;-)

Hope this little post has enriched your life in some small way today & set your mind a rolling...

Enjoy your week & Happy Scrapping ;-)

Hello Helen!

Thank for visiting my blog and leaving your comments. Regarding the exploding box, it's really easy to do. I googled instructions and just followed them. :-) Here are some links: http://thefineartoframblinon.blogspot.com/2007/10/exploding-box-class-instructions.html
or http://glitteradventure.blogspot.com/2006/11/exploding-box-class.html

Looking forward to seeing your box! :D

Love the new Basic Grey papers too! But I've made too many purchases in the last 2 months right now so I'll have to exercise EQ and wait a little longer. LOL!
